The relative low complexity of the project allows for a quite simplified management structure, Steering Committee (SC), made by the Project Coordinator plus the WP leaders of SA1, JRA1, JRA2 and JRA3 WP’s.
Objectives
Guarantee the smooth progress of the project and monitor the activity of the work package teams.
Supervise the dissemination and publicity activities.
Liaise with other institutions and potential partners.
Deliverables
The steering Committee submits quarterly reports and summaries of the activities carried over. The report contains sections dedicated to the ongoing activities.
